With all these Gear updates and Training updates it’s easy for one of the most important parts of this whole journey to get lost in all the clutter.
Mental Health disorders currently affect 1 in 5 Australians each year and by embarking on this lengthy stroll I’m hoping to do my bit and bring much needed awareness to the issue.
So I’ve had 250 of these business cards made up to spread the word and spread the link to my donation page on Black Dog Institute’s fundraising website.
I’ve kicked it off with $100 but I NEED YOUR HELP to raise much needed funds for mental health research, education and support. Donate as little or as much as you can. It doesn’t matter if it’s $5, $10, $50, one million $$… every little bit of your generosity will count and will be greatly appreciated.

And for a limited time only, any donation over $2 made before 30 June is tax-deductible in the 2021/22 financial year. Of course this then means you can double dip and make another donation after 01 July to decrease your taxable income in the 2022/23 financial year. Incredible opportunity!
