My research thus far has led me to believe that apparently it’s the done thing to wear pants on this Camino thingy. So to avoid drawing attention to myself I guess I’ll have to get me some of those.
In fact, if I have to wear pants then I’ll eventually want to travel with two pairs. One pair to wear during the day while I’m walking and another pair in my pack.
Once arriving at my accommodation each afternoon/night I’ll wash the pair I wore that day and don my second pair while they’re drying.
For this reason, it was important to buy some pants that are light in weight, yet durable, and fast drying which is why I settled on the Salomon Wayfarers.
At that price, I’ll trial these puppies for a few training walks and if they tick all the boxes I’ll grab myself another pair at a later date.
